A lovely black reverse satin top with a lace-edged red damask insert with vertical braid detail and a narrow collar and revere either side.  The top has a full hook and eye fastening at the front with two decorative black buttons at the waist below which is a deep peplum.  The back of the jacket has a stand up collar and the slightly puffed sleeves are a flattering half length with a small frill.
