A black PVC dress from Phaze with a central elasticated boned bodice.  The bodice has three adjustable rows of hooks and eyes and is designed to pull in your mid-section.  The upper bodice has shaped soft cups and an elasticated neckline.  The full length sleeves are made from PVC and the back has a shaped mesh section.  The skirt comprises of alternating PVC and black lace layered frills and has a crossover panel with a ribbon tie at the hip.
