A sexy little mini corset tutu skirt made from black cotton with a red satin centre front panel (not shown on the pic) and with black and red satin ribbon corset lacing.  The skirt has two tiers, the first is edged with red satin ribbon and the second is trimmed with ruffled red lace which forms the hemline.  A red satin bow decorates either side of the front panel.  The fabric is very slightly stretchy to ensure a snug fit and the back has a zip fastening.  Can be worn on the waist or as a mid-rise.
