A gorgeous fitted tutu dress made from mediuim weight stretch black cotton on the front and back bodice sections with pinstripe side panels edged with black satin ribbon.  The front bodice has a zip fastening and is generously trimmed around the neckline with pretty black lace.  A black satin bow sits beneath each shoulder strap, as well as one on each side of the hip.  The dropped waist skirt section is made from pinstripe fabric and the hem is finished with black satin ribbon and two rows of lace edging.  The black shoulder straps are finished with black satin ribbon and have a small elasticated panel at the back.
