A red and black polka dot cotton pencil dress with a contrasting stretch black satin collar, shoulder straps (which tie to a halter neck at the back) and shaped waistband.  On each seam at the waist is a wide sash to tie at the back.  The dress has three decorative black button at the centre front and a concealed side zip fastening.  The upper back has an elasticated edging to ensure a good fit with no gaping.  The back of the dress has a small vent at the hem.
