A gothic punk tutu skirt made from multiple layers of purple satin and fine black netting trimmed with frilled black lace.  Over the top of the main part of the skirt is a purple satin overskirt covered with fine black mesh and with interlaced strapping and circular metal rings.  Elasticated waistband.
