A short skirt from Dark Star made from slightly stretchy black cotton with two panels of black and purple striped fabric overlaid with black ribbon corset lacing.  The bottom section of the skirt is made from floaty mesh cut to handkerchief points and is lined with black silky fabric.  The skirt has a side zip fastening and can be worn on the waist or as a mid-rise.
