A black net below the knee petticoat with a satin upper section below an elasticated waistband.  The waistband also has a drawstring thread.  The petticoat has three layers of stiffened black netting making it ideal for wearing under rockabilly, pin-up and 1950s style A-line skirts or dresses for added fullness and structure.  The second photo of the dress above is to give an indication of how the petticoat looks worn under a dress and is not included in the purchase.
