A gothic Victorian black crushed velvet skirt from Dark Star.  All the detail is at the back with the front being plain velvet - the skirt has a bustle fishtail  made from triple layers of tiered fine black net edged with lace and is decorated with a large satin rose at the top of the fishtail.  Elasticated waist.  Depending on the wearer's height, the bottom of the fishtail is designed to sweep the floor.  A very dramatic and elegant skirt.
