A pretty black velvet top from Dark Star with a central red velvet front panel decorated with heavy black appliqued lace and braid.  The three-quarter length sleeves are made from heavy lace with a flared cuff and the back has an adjustable loop and ribbon corset laced panel.  A lace peplum at each side finishes off the top.
