A 1950s style black and white polka dot strapless party dress made from slightly stretchy cotton.  The dress has a full flared skirt edged with black satin ruffle at the hem and a wide black satin waist sash which ties in a bow at the back.  Concealed side zip fastening.  The dress is shown here with a net petticoat for added fullness.  These are available separately in our Short Skirts section.
