A fabulous little skirt from Dark Star made from black crushed velvet with two red velvet front panels and metal eyelet and black satin ribbon corset lacing.  The bottom hem section of the skirt is made from soft, floaty chiffon with a rough-cut hemline.  The back is plain black crushed velvet with the same georgette lower skirt. The skirt has a concealed side zip fastening.
