Long gothic Victorian style skirt by Dark Star made from very soft fine silky lightweight fabric  The design features two main layers, the upper layer being stitched to the lower layer, providing a puffball effect.  It has an elasticated waistband thereby allowing it to fit a range of sizes.  Gorgeous.
