A truly beautiful long Victorian gothic style skirt by Dark Star.  It's made from a very soft silk-like fabric, very lightweight.  The fabric is purple shot with black giving a lovely shimmery, iridescent appearance.  The design features two main layers, the upper layer being stitched to the lower layer, providing a puffball effect.  It has an elasticated waistband thereby allowing it to fit a range of sizes.  Gorgeous.
