A spectacular gothic Victorian skirt from Dark Star made from black silky fabric with a lower hem of black tulle.  The entire skirt is covered with soft black netting with more fullness at the hem.  This top layer is decorated with satin ribbon that forms upward curves and small shredded pieces of red net.  The skirt has an elasticated waistband with a beaded drawstring.  Very dramatic and unusual.
