How do I place an order with The Gothic Catwalk?
It's very simple!  Place the items you would like to buy in your shopping basket and when you're ready, click "Go To Checkout" which will appear at the top of the item page.  On this page, you will create an account by filling in your details or, if you are an existing customer, just sign in on the left with your email address and password.  This will take you to the checkout page.  Please check that your delivery address details are correct.  Select the delivery method you require followed by your payment method.  If you have a  discount code or would like to add a comment regarding your order, this is the page to do it!  Then click "Continue".  This is the final page before it takes you to the payment page so please check again that your address is correct and that the item in your basket is the correct item you wish to purchase.  If you're happy, click "Submit Order" and this will take you directly to the fully secured payment page which will be either Paypal or Sagepay if you're paying by card.

What if I need to return an item?
We accept returns for whatever reason within 14 days of you receiving the item.  We do ask that the item be returned to us in exactly the same condition as when you received it.  Your can find full details of our returns policy

Do you ship internationally?
Indeed we do!  We have customers in many countries around the world.  If you do not see your country from the selection when placing your order, please contact us and we will add it to the list.

Do you offer express delivery?
We offer Next Day delivery to our UK customers and we can arrange a courier delivery if required to non UK customers.  Typically, orders arrive within 3 days using this method. 

Do you ever have discount codes?
Yes we do!  To receive a discount code, please sign up for our newsletter, join us on facebook or twitter or read our blog.

I've forgotten my password!  What should I do?
On the account page, just click on "Password Forgotten" and enter your email address.  We'll then send an automated new password to your email which you can change in your account area.

Do I have to be a goth to shop at The Gothic Catwalk?
Not at all!  Whilst lots of our customers are of the gothic persuasion, a large number are not.  We're not snobbish or precious about the world of goth as some people can be, so if you want to explore your darker side, even if it's just for one night, then please feel free!  If you need any advice or suggestions regarding achieving the gothic look, don't hesitate to contact us.  You'll find us a friendly bunch!
