A beautiful gothic tutu dress from Dark Star.  The bodice is made from black crushed velvet with three adjustable buckles at the front and an elasticated ruched panel at the back enabling it to fit a range of sizes.  The skirt section of the dress is made from a series of overlapping layers of shimmery black organza.  The shoulders straps are bra-style and adjustable.
