A very unusual mini hat made from black felt.  The base of the hat has a band of webbing with metal eyelets and two silver skulls with rings holding a double silver chain.  The upward curving brim of the hat has sleeper type piercings all the way round.  There are two clips just inside the hat to secure to the head.  Boxed.
