A sexy little mini kilt skirt from Dark Star with a slightly stretchy black top panel and sea-green box pleats covered with black lace.  Between the box pleats there are  black inverted pleats overlaid with black lace.  The front of the skirt has three decorative buckles with metal eyelet fastening.  Side zip fastening.
