A full circle gothic punk mini tutu skirt by Dark Star.  The skirt is made from soft green tartan material edged with lace on the hem with one layer of stiffened black net and another of soft net underneath with a further layer of fine black net covering the tartan.  The skirt has a black elastic waistband.
