A sumptuous black velvet gothic Victorian shrug bolero top from Phaze.  The fabric is stretchy and the neckline, hem and sleeves are edged with frilled black lace.  The shoulder seams and side seams are trimmed with black satin ribbon with a satin bow at the bottom of each side seam.  The sleeves have a very wide split flare, with a gathered section edged with black satin ribbon and a black bow.  Very elegant and a versatile addition to the gothic wardrobe.
