Black velvet gothic Victorian fishtail skirt from  Dark Star.  The upper section of the skirt is made from soft black crushed velvet which is stitched at about hip level to form soft drapes and a scalloped effect.  The hem of this section is edged with black lace trim.  The lower section of the skirt is made from stretch jersey type fabric which is then overlaid with stiffened net tulle.  The skirt has an elasticated waistband.  Absolutely divine.
