Long Black Gothic Chiffon Skirt with Witchy Hem

A long black chiffon skirt from Dark Star.  The skirt comprise of one long layer of chiffon lined to the knee with another shorter layer of chiffon over the top.  Both hems are cut to witchy points.  The waistband is elasticated with a black ribbon drawstring.
