Sexy gothic Victorian long black hobble bustle skirt.  It can be worn in two ways - with all layers flat and fishtail style or it can be gathered at the back with the concealed interior drawstring to create a bustle effect.  The skirt is shaped and narrows just below the knee to give a mermaid effect.  This lower section has two rows of black lace edging.  The skirt is fully lined and has a side zip and single button fastening.  Looks stunning with killer heels and a corset!
