A gothic Victorian governess full length skirt from Dark Star made from lightweight silky black satin. The skirt is sewn in sections which are ruffled all the way round and between each section is a narrow black lace insert.  The skirts has a red underskirt finished with fine red net and black lace-covered frill at the hem.  The red underskirt shows through the narrow lace inserts of the over-skirt.  Elasticated waistband with a drawstring cord.
