This absolutely gorgeous gothic fairytale dress from Dark Star is made from black satin and is certainly fit for a gothic princess!  The front bodice is made from black velvet with a central purple velvet and lace covered panel.  There is boning in two places at the front.  The skirt section is made from ruched satin with lace inserts which show flashes of the purple silky underskirt.  The underskirt is finished with a wide black lace and purple netted frill.  The back has an elasticated satin panel and the shoulder straps are adjustable.  There are two detachable sleeve caps which attach by means of loops and concealed buttons inside the bodice.  This really is a very special and dramatic dress.
