Punk / gothic mini dress by Phaze made from soft black gloss PVC with a central red tartan panel at the front which is edged with plaited ribbon braid and finished with bows at hem level.  The sleeves, hem and front bodice top are edged with 1” wide delicate black lace.  Zip fastening at the back of the dress.
