A lightweight black cotton top with a slight stretch that can also be worn as a jacket.  The top has a crossover front with a press stud fastening and is edged with frilled ruffle trim which extends around the entire neckline and hem.  The sleeves have a flared cuff and the blouse comes with a 4" wide optional tie belt.
