We despatch daily Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.  Orders placed before midday are usually despatched within 24 hours.

UK POSTAL RATES

The P&P charge for the UK is £3.50.  All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. 

Occasionally it may be necessary to add extra postage costs where an item is particularly heavy.  This will be shown on the item page and you will be informed of the additional postage costs after checking out.  You will then be given the option of either paying the excess as shown on the item page or cancelling your order and a refund will be issued. 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Cost for Next Day Delivery starts at £7.50.  Next Day Delivery applies to orders placed BEFORE MIDDAY.  Orders placed after midday will be despatched the following day.  Packages will require a signature on delivery.  Next Day Delivery is only guaranteed for weekdays, not Saturday delivery, although orders placed on a Friday using Next Day Delivery will often arrive on a Saturday anyway but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.  If your order is particularly heavy (i.e. over 2kg), you may be invoiced for the additional cost.

COURIER DELIVERY

We are happy to arrange a same day or next day courier delivery service for items needed in a hurry.  This will be charged at actual cost and you will be invoiced through Paypal prior to us booking a courier collection.  Please contact us for further details.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 We keep proof of posting and a reference number for every order sent.  Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured. Once items are handed over to Royal Mail, delivery becomes their responsibility.  However, in the event of loss or damage, we will complete any necessary claim forms from Royal Mail on your behalf and liaise with the relevant postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome.  In the event that this becomes necessary, please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal Mail/Parcelforce which can take several weeks (a minimum of 15 working days).  We will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
