A sexy little mini tutu skirt by XS Punk with a stretch cotton upper panel which is heavily detailed with D rings and red satin corset lacing, studs, a pocket on one side and red topstitching.  The rest of the skirt comprises of triple layered stiffened organza frills, the organza giving a lovely shimmery effect.   The top layer of each frill has red topstitching providing contrast.  The skirt is fully lined with cotton and has a side zip fastening.
