A gothic punk mini tutu skirt made from layered frills of very soft, fine red and black netting.  The elasticated waistband in made from red satin overlaid with black net.  Attached to the skirt is a black canvas suspender style belt with metal eyelets, a zip at the front and corset lacing at the back with metal clasps at each point.
