RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 14 days.  We will issue a refund provided the goods are returned in unused/unworn condition, with all original tags and labels in place where appropriate and in the original manufacturer's packaging if applicable.   Please return the invoice or a note with the item and if possible, state the reason for the return.  

**We strongly advise you to return items by Recorded Delivery as we are not responsible for any packages that fail to arrive**

All returned items are inspected and a refund will be made once we are satisfied that all our criteria have been met.  If an item shows any signs of wear, damage or if it is returned to us in a condition other than how is was sent to you, we reserve the right to return it to you and a refund will not be granted.  Please refold items carefully and ensure that they do not smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant etc.  Please ensure that you include a note or a copy of your invoice with the returned item.  Failure to do so can significantly delay the refund process if we have no indication of who sent it!

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange an item for an alternative size or colour provided it is returned in unused/unworn condition and with all relevant labels and tags intact where appropriate and in the original manufacturer's packaging.  Please email sales@thegothiccatwalk.co.uk ahead of returning an item for an exchange to check stock availability.  

We are unable to subsititute one item for a completely different item.  In this instance, a new order should be placed and we will refund you for the original purchase.  Unless an item is faulty, we will not bear the return postage costs of any exchanges/replacements.  However, we will generally send out replacement items at no extra charge (UK only), although we reserve the right to charge postage for particularly heavy items.

We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 7 days but please be aware that during especially busy periods, this can occasionally take a little longer.
