A sexy rockabilly mini dress made from red cotton with an all-over black flocked velvet design featuring tattoo style roses, leaves, stars and bows.  The bodice section is panelled and has a sweetheart neckline with two satin bows either side of the halter neck straps.  The back of the bodice is elasticated at the top to ensure a snug fit.  The dress is fully lined with fine black cotton and a black net frill extending below the hem.  Concealed side zip fastening.
