A black velvet top with a front section of silver foil and black vertical stripes.  The top has a V shape at the front and the hem and neckline are edged with narrow lace trim.  The shoulder straps are elasticated and adjustable and the back has a ruched panel allowing for a range of sizes.  Very reflective and bound to get you noticed!
