This lovely short gothic / punk black dress from Strange Ways is made from stretch black cotton with red tartan side panels.  It has an appliquéd red tartan skull design on the front, elasticated shoulder straps and a rough-cut fishnet handkerchief hem with attached safety pins.  The back has D ring corset lacing with tartan braid.
