A punk twist on the classic tutu dress.  The bodice is made from black stretch cotton with a central front panel of red tartan trimmed at the neckline with pleated satin and black frilled lace and with a satin bow at the base of each shoulder strap.  The back is plain black with a zip fastening.  The skirt section of the dress is made from red tartan gathered from the waist with a soft cotton lining and with pleated satin and black lace trim at the hem.  The dress is ruched in two places at the front to reveal the lining and are decorated with a satin bow.  The shoulder straps are made from tartan.  A really cute little dress.
