We despatch daily Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. The majority of items on the website are in stock and are usually despatched within 24 hours, the same day if placed before midday. A percentage of items are available with either a 3 to 4 day delivery time or 7 to 14 days. This will be clearly stated on the item page.

The postage charge for the UK is £3.75. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature.
The flat rate shipping cost to Europe is £11.95 by International Tracked & Signed airmail which includes insurance. Orders are sent by Royal Mail and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. REST OF THE WORLD
The flat rate shipping cost to anywhere other than the UK and Europe is £13.95 by International Tracked & Signed airmail which includes insurance. Orders are sent by Royal Mail and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. If you wish to take out further insurance for your item, please contact us for a quote before finalising your payment. Please note that occasionally items can be held up at customs in the receiving country which can add a few days to the delivery time. If you require a tracking number, please email us quoting your order number.
FOR PARTICULARLY HEAVY ITEMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADJUST SHIPPING COSTS ACCORDINGLY. YOU WILL BE INFORMED OF THIS AND WILL BE OFFERED THE OPTION OF CANCELLING YOUR ORDER WHEREUPON A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED (IF PAYMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE) IF THE AMENDED SHIPPING CHARGE IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be payable upon arrival in your country and we do not pay UK customs or tax duties if you are returning an item to us for either an exchange or a refund.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We keep proof of posting and a reference number for every order sent. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured. Once items are handed over to Royal Mail, delivery becomes their responsibility. However, in the event of loss or damage, we will complete any necessary claim forms from Royal Mail on your behalf and liaise with the relevant postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome. In the event that this becomes necessary, please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal Mail/Parcelforce which can take several weeks (a minimum of 15 working days). We will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
