If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 14 days from receipt. We will issue a refund provided the goods are returned in unused/unworn condition, with all original tags and labels in place where appropriate and in the original manufacturer's packaging if applicable. If we have to repackage items, it will delay the refund process. Please return the invoice or a note with the item and if possible, state the reason for the return.
Items returned outside of the 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund (at our discretion). Instead you will be issued with a store credit code which you can use to select something else on our website. If you wish, you can add this code towards a larger purchase.
We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 5 to 7 working days but please be aware that during especially busy periods, this can occasionally take a little longer.
**Returned items must be sent at the customer's expense. We strongly advise that you return items by Recorded Delivery as we are not responsible for any packages that fail to arrive**
All returned items are inspected and a refund will be made once we are satisfied that all our criteria have been met. If an item shows any signs of wear, damage or if it is returned to us in a condition other than how is was sent to you, we reserve the right to return it to you (at your cost) and a refund will not be granted. Please refold items carefully and ensure that they do not smell of perfume, smoke, food, deodorant etc. Please ensure that you include a note or a copy of your invoice with the returned item. Failure to do so can significantly delay the refund process if we have no indication of who sent it!
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund. Our stock turns over very quickly therefore we recommend this method to avoid disappointment.
